Chris Caywood
Co-Owner and President
Chris has been a third-generation co-owner since 1997 but only recently became active in the business after a career in the legal, retail, pharmaceutical and higher education industries. Chris became passionate about technology and business operations during his tenures as division president at Kaplan Higher Education (now Purdue Global) and DeVry Education Group (now Adtalem) where he focused on the delivery of online education. Chris holds bachelors, masters and law degrees from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Chris and his wife of almost 28 years have three daughters and reside in the Chicago area.
Michael Caywood
Co-Owner
Mike has been a third generation co-owner since 1997 and is an active board member in the business. He has practiced law for over 20 years, including past roles with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and established law firms with national practices in Chicago and Phoenix. Mike's clients at HaasCaywood, P.C. are able to get the sophisticated, high quality services typically available only at large law firms, but at high value local rates. Mike holds a bachelors degree from the University of Michigan and a law degree from the University of Iowa. Mike and his wife of thirty years have a son and daughter and reside in the Coldwater area.
Josh Canfield
Driver and Service Technician
Josh joined us in 2016 from Scodeller Construction, where he was a manager and kettle operator responsible for training and managing employees working with hazardous materials used in road repair and construction.
Josh is a graduate of Western International High School in Detroit, Michigan. Josh and his wife Jessica reside in Albion, Michigan with their two young daughters. In his spare time Josh likes to ride his motorcycle. Josh is based at our Albion Plant.

Mike Cook
Driver and Service Technician
Michael Cook joined us in 1995 from JM Dairy and is our most senior employee. Mike does more than just understand the principles we are founded on, he helped create them and lives them every day.
Mike is a graduate of Addison High School in Addison, Michigan. Mike resides in Fayette, Ohio and has an adult daughter. He enjoys spending time raising and showing Belgian horses and enjoys classic westerns. Mike is based at our Hudson Plant.

Micky Smith
Driver and Service Technician
Micky joined us in 2019 with driving and delivery experience that includes Republic Services, Meyers Brothers Trucking, the Hillsdale County Road Commission and a propane retailer.
Micky is a graduate of Frontier High School in Frontier, Michigan and has an AAS from Ferris State University. He resides in Reading, Michigan. In his spare time Micky likes to hunt, fish, golf, play music and spend time with friends. Micky is based at our Coldwater Plant.

Corrina Horton
Driver and Service Technician
Corrina joined us in 2019 with over four years of experience as a school bus driver and general management experience in cabinetry manufacturing and assembly and related safety operations.
Corrina is a graduate of B.F. Terry High School in Rosenberg, Texas. She resides in Jerome, Michigan. In her spare time Corrina likes to spend time with loved ones and volunteer activities. Corrina is based at our Hudson Plant.

Jennifer Hawkins
Customer Service Representative
Jennifer joined us in 2019 with more than a decade of experience in customer service and the energy industry, most recently as a Branch Administrator at PTW Energy Services.
Jennifer holds a Legal Secretarial certificate from Four County Career and is a graduate of Liberty Center High School. Jennifer resides in Pittsford, Michigan with her husband Chris and their children. Jennifer enjoys family time, traveling and taking her Harley out. Jennifer is based at our Hudson Office.

Ashley Ritter
Customer Service Representative
Ashley joined us in 2018 from CVS Pharmacy and Panera Bread where she was a manager and trainer.
Ashley is a graduate of John Glenn High School in Westland, Michigan where she studied cosmetology. Ashley resides in Cement City, Michigan with her boyfriend Sean and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family. Ashley is based in our Albion Office.
